Not too bad. The background is a good start, but it could use some depth and some lighting. Use some grunge brushes to smude and get some depth in that bad boy, and also trying keeping the Render the focus by not blending it into the background. It's alright to smude out or fade some edges of the render to make it flow, but putting it on overlay or softlight kind of takes away from the focus. Plus your text is a little big, try to keep it from being the main focus.

The name is fine in the first one, dont listen to Phantom lol, try making it fit into the sig a lil more by playing with some blending effects and the opacity.

zzzzz....maybe you can have distracted make you a really boring, bland, and common place sig like he did for everyone else. He might even put some anime in it to give it that cool inet appeal!
