Heyy, i've had problems a long time with this "iw3mp.exe". When i start my game(CoD4) it says iw3mp.exe has stopped working. looking for salvation, or something like that. So i'm told that it is my Mic or sound that is fuckd so that it wont start. Now i've plugged out the bad headset, and plugged in another one.. Still this problem occur. Anyone know what to doooOO ?

Try uninstalling punkbuster, reinstalling and manually updating it...

K, thx. I found out how to do it. not a big problem really. If anyone else has the problem, it might be that the soundcard is deactivated. so just go "sound and hardware" then press sound. and then a box appears. U right click in that one and set it at: show deactivated units. and then activate it. What ruined it for me i think is my headset. 'Cause i changed mine(which works) but when i plug in the old one there is no sound (notice; old headset USB, new: 3.5mm) hope this can be helpful to anyone experiencing the same problem !
